Micro-particle sheet technology

Currently seeking partner companies for the practical application of technology! For applications such as conductive films, electrolyte membranes applicable to all-solid batteries, and heat dissipation films!

We would like to introduce our developed "Micro-particle Sheet Technology." This technology embeds micro-particles in a resin film in a single layer, exposing both ends through heat pressing and UV curing. With this technology, the ends of the micro-particles can be exposed from both surfaces of the composite film, allowing the inherent properties of the particles, such as thermal, electrical, and ionic conductivity, to be utilized without loss. This is achieved through a patented technology that does not embed the particles in the composite film. (Patent No. 7324517) Using conductive particles as micro-particles will create a conductive film, and using electrolyte particles will allow for the creation of an electrolyte film suitable for all-solid-state batteries. ““We are currently seeking partner companies for the practical application of this technology!”” 【Features】 ■ Various micro-particles can be processed into flexible sheet form through heat pressing. ■ Using conductive particles as micro-particles will create a conductive film. ■ Using electrolyte particles will allow for the creation of an electrolyte film suitable for all-solid-state batteries. ■ Using heat-dissipating particles as micro-particles will create a heat-dissipating film. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us. *This is a development product.

Conductive film "Transparent Conductive Film"

Patturning processing is possible! Customization is also available according to your requests, such as substrate and surface resistance.

"Transparent conductive film" is a highly transparent and flexible conductive film. It can be customized according to your requirements, such as substrate and surface resistance. Due to its flexibility, it can be rolled or bent for use. It maintains stable conductivity even with temperature changes. Additionally, unlike products with carbon or surfactants mixed in, there is no change in the surface condition of the film. 【Features】 ■ High transparency ■ Flexible ■ Surface resistance can be controlled in the range of 150Ω to 10^9Ω/□ ■ Patterning processing is possible ■ Excellent processability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Imparting conductivity to the substrate: Conductive film (Cu deposition)

Can be used as a copper foil substitute and as a plating seed layer! Achieves conductivity and low reflectivity through blackening treatment of the substrate.

"Conductive film (Cu vapor deposition)" imparts conductivity to various substrates (such as PET and PI). By applying a blackening treatment to the substrate, it achieves conductivity and low reflectivity. It can be used as an alternative to copper foil and as a plating seed layer. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ Imparts conductivity to various substrates (such as PET and PI) ■ Can be used as an alternative to copper foil and as a plating seed layer ■ Achieves conductivity and low reflectivity through blackening treatment of the substrate *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
